Donations are accepted at the HHMU Store during business hours Tuesday - Friday 10:00am - 6:00pm and  Saturday 10:00am -5:00pm.

To arrange for a free pick up for large items such as furniture and large appliances call 403-8668.

All donations are tax deductible.

HHMU gratefully accepts:

• Kitchen wares & household goods
• Furniture
• Working appliances (less than 10 yrs old please)
• Antiques and collectibles
• Decorative items and art
• Toys, games, strollers, high chairs
• Books
• Working TVs & sound systems
• Record albums, video games, CDs and movies

Please note: some donations may be declined due to safety concerns, facility limitations or marketability

HHMU does not accept:

• Clothing
• Sleeper sofas
• Mattresses and box springs
• Computers
• Exercise equipment &  bicycles
• Hazardous materials
• Light fixtures
• Window blinds and shades
• Building & construction materials **
• Items that are dirty, broken or not in working condition

** These items can be donated for the future construction materials store only by contacting the store manager. We cannot accept construction materials at our Shannon Plaza location.
HABITAT HAND-ME-UPS WILL BE OPENING A CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS STORE SOON!

We now have a system established to accept donations of building and construction materials to build the inventory for the new store. Since these items are stored in off-site storage, please do NOT drop them off at the Shannon Plaza location.
